My name is Michael. I grew up pursuing the career of a professional hockey player — always focused on getting better every day and developing the discipline and mindset it takes to perform at a high level. I played professionally in several countries and finished my playing career in Finland. The sport shaped my resilience, mental toughness, and ability to stay calm and strategic under pressure.

Alongside hockey, I’ve always been around computers — playing games, hosting servers, testing tools, building small websites, and experimenting with projects. I was also the friend people came to when they needed help fixing a PC or figuring something out. Technology was part of my life long before I realized it could become my career.

After hockey, I moved to Canada to push myself further. I started as a retail associate, worked my way into door-to-door sales, became a team lead, ran workshops and public speaking sessions, and eventually worked as a BDR/BDM at GoDaddy (Teleperformance) supporting the U.S. market. That experience sharpened my communication, adaptability, and ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

When I later relocated to Cyprus, I made the decision to fully commit to tech — and found my passion in cybersecurity. It’s where I can combine my technical curiosity with strategic thinking, teamwork, communication, and a calm, focused mindset.

Today, I’m building a solid technical foundation — studying, breaking and defending systems in labs, documenting my work, and developing skills every day to become more valuable to the people and teams around me.
